The breakfast served was of high quality and provided a good start to the day. The hotel staff was very welcoming and made the stay comfortable.

The hotel was undergoing construction work, causing some disturbance during the early evening. The sound of the construction work could have been loud for guests residing in their rooms and interfered with their peace.

The restaurant in the hotel is excelent which was a surprise.

The evening receptionist messed up our reservation by giving the double rooms that had been reserved for us to someone else, so that we ended up with two twin rooms. Because we were to have small children in the bed with us, this was not ideal. When we pointed out the error she claimed it was our fault because we had really ordered twin rooms. When we showed her the reservation for two doubles, she first claimed that the hotel defines a double room as "two single beds put together" (not true). Then, after a little arguing, she grudgingly gave us new rooms, if which one had a double bed, while loudly proclaiming that it was only possible because she was being kind.

My daughter and I enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to make us a beautiful salad for dinner in the restaurant and we really appreciated the care they took. Easy to park as well.
